The room for passengers with limited mobility is located on the ground floor in the right wing of the airport complex, next to the arrivals area of domestic Russian airlines.
If you or your loved ones belong to a special category of passengers, please notify when booking a ticket.
If you or your close ones meeting / mourning who belong to a special category of passengers, please inform about your arrival 3 hours before arrival at the airport.
For the convenience of passengers with limited mobility, special parking spaces are marked on the MAV JSC forecourt area, marked with road signs with markings on asphalt. Parking spaces are equipped with direct fixed communication with the room for disabled passengers. Special parking spaces are available for disabled passengers free of charge.
The staff of the low-mobility passenger room will help you or your loved ones go through all the necessary registration procedures for the flight - get a boarding pass, check in your luggage, go through security screening, in addition, airport staff will provide necessary assistance in transporting the aircraft on board.
Dear passengers! We draw your attention to the fact that the decision on the possibility of a low-mobility passenger making an air flight is made by his attending physician or the representative of the carrier airline, taking into account several factors: the state of health of the passenger, the need for special equipment, restrictions on the number of passengers of this category on one flight.
